Shipping Options
Orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are typically processed the same day. Credit card authorization must be obtained for orders to be processed.

We will deliver your item by USPS 3 to 8 days or UPS Ground 3 to 8 days depending upon your location. Other options available.

Tracking
If we ship the item by UPS, Syck Products Inc will provide a tracking number on your shipping confirmation via email. Days are counted by business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Tracking is available online 24 hours a day 365 days a year via the UPS website at www.ups.com.

Tax Policy
Syck Products Inc is located in San Diego, California. We are required by law to charge sales tax in California where our stores are located. There is no sales tax for orders delivered to all other states. Sales tax does not apply to shipping charges

International Shipping
Most international orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Delivery is 8 to 15 business days depending on the location and customs. We will provide a tracking number on your shipping confirmation email. International orders do not guarantee acceptance.

International Orders
In order to prevent fraud on orders using an international credit card, we may require faxed copies of the front and back of the credit card with an authorizing signature, a picture ID (drivers license or passport), and the name and phone number of the bank issuing the credit card.

Import and Customs Duties on international shipments are the purchasers' responsibility. To find out more about this please contact your local customs office.
Most international orders are shipped via US Postal Service Express.

Returns
Definition of a Return:
A return item is one where there is nothing physically wrong with the Item. For Warranty repair or replacement scroll down.

RETURN Instructions
Follow these steps:
1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number. Email us at sales@syckproducts.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond to the email with a Return Authorization Number that you must place on the outside of the box you are returning. NO returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

2. Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. We refund 100% of your order amount when exchanging merchandise. A $20.00 restocking fee will be charged for returns that do not include a request for exchange.
